Chris Duffy
Leadership Expert
In 2003, I was editor-in-chief of my college newspaper. Our team won a national award. But underneath the surface was stress and turmoil because I had a directive management style. I then joined GE and became fascinated by how humans behave in the workplace. I decided on a paradigm shift: I would utilize a collaborative leadership style. Since then, I have studied and lived leadership.

I'm a man of paradoxes – but that affords me the beauty of deeply relating and connecting with others. I have both done things conventionally and I've broken the mold. I’m a leader of action and impact yet not without listening and reflecting. I love to compete and I love to build consensus. I believe leadership is a science and an art.

I am passionate about helping others realize their own great potential. I tap all my experiences and assets to offer distinctive insights. This enables me to help leaders transform their business and do more with less through talent development, change management, and team coaching.
My Journey
I started my career 20 years ago when I joined GE, then the premier company for developing incredible global leaders. From that point on, I've been studying and practicing leadership. It is one of my passions.
